Chef Raymon Kim showed deep affection for his wife, actress Kim Ji-woo.
On Feb. 22, Raymon Kim posted a tender message on his Instagram about Kim Ji-woo after her performance in the musical "Moulin Rouge."
He said, "In about 20 minutes, the Satin in 'Moulin Rouge' will return to Kim Ji-woo, to Rua's mother, to her mother's daughter, to my wife and friend, actress Kim," beginning his post.
He added that he had seen enough to know that during the past few months she refrained from doing what she wanted to do and, at the end, even showed a fighting spirit despite injuries, doing her best and striving to live the life of Satin in the musical.
Raymon Kim said, "If there is ever another chance, I hope and hope and hope that there will be a day she can return to Satin again," and added, "I love and sincerely respect her more as an actor than as my wife, and more as a professional than as Rua's mother."
The released photos showed the strong image of Kim Ji-woo on stage as Satin in "Moulin Rouge," along with notices restricting entry to the venue, conveying the lingering mood at the scene after the final performance.
Finally, he wrote, "Many congratulations and I love you, my Jung Eun jennifer Ji-woo Kim :)" and left the hashtag 'i_must_be_strong_and_carry_on,' expressing deep affection. Kim Ji-woo's real name is Kim Jeong-eun.
Kim Ji-woo played the role of Satin in the musical "Moulin Rouge," winning the audience's love with a glamorous stage presence and delicate emotional acting. Raymon Kim's sincere support for Kim Ji-woo, who returned to everyday life after finishing the performance, adds warmth.
