Singer and actor Kim Yoon-ji revealed her morning routine stretching moves and showed off firm abs.

That day Kim Yoon-ji revealed her morning stretching routine. She said, "This is the stretching morning routine I do when I wake up to wake my body and mind."
She added, "Even if you open your eyes in the morning, the body that slept for about eight to 10 hours overnight doesn't wake up instantly. So I think it's very important to give the body time and the mind time to wake up."
Kim Yoon-ji said, "When I wake up in the morning I usually drink a cup of warm water first. After warming my body a bit, I get on the mat and prepare to stretch," and "I stretch so the body can relax and warm up," demonstrating moves that loosen both legs and the sides of her torso.
Next she demonstrated moves using a foam roller. She explained, "For me, the parts that are stiffest when I wake up are my shoulders and neck. The best thing to loosen those areas is a foam roller."
Also saying, "I like loosening my armpits and neck," she introduced various poses. At this point Kim Yoon-ji caught attention by showing off her firm abs through the slightly lifted top during the exercise.
In particular, while doing neck stretches Kim Yoon-ji confessed, "I also tend to have many neck wrinkles genetically so I have a lot of concerns, and to be honest I've tried procedures, but the best thing seems to be routine stretching. So I always do neck stretches in the morning."
She then said, "At this level, just by stretching you really get the feeling of starting your day when you wake up," and added, "You can feel that the start of the day is a bit different. Invest five or 10 minutes in the morning to try stretching."
