Actor Ku Sung-hwan conveyed the sad news of his pet dog Kkot-bun's death himself and expressed his heavy heart.
On the 21st, Ku Sung-hwan wrote on his personal SNS, "Hello. This is Ku Sung-hwan. I don't know how many times I've written and deleted this post," and posted the message.
Ku Sung-hwan said, "Even as I write this, I don't want to accept it and I can't believe it. My daughter, my younger sister, my partner Kkot-bun crossed the rainbow bridge on Feb. 14," conveying the sad news.
He continued, "Kkot-bun received so much love, and I really wanted to say thank you for all the love given in this life! If I had known you would leave like this, I regret not feeding you more tasty food or taking you on more walks," he said.
Then Ku Sung-hwan said, "Kkot-bun, who was so kind and full of charm… thank you, I'm sorry, I love you so so much. Let's definitely meet again someday! Eat lots of tasty food there, play happily with friends and run around, be happy… I really love you so so much," delivering his final farewell to Kkot-bun.
Ku Sung-hwan also said, "Thank you sincerely to everyone who loved and cared for Kkot-bun," and added, "I will pull myself together and return in good health."
Previously, Ku Sung-hwan gained much love by revealing his daily life living with his pet dog Kkot-bun on MBC's I Live Alone.
In particular, Ku Sung-hwan had shown tremendous affection for Kkot-bun. Before leaving for Kazakhstan for a three-week film shoot, preparing for a brief parting, Ku Sung-hwan confessed his special affection, saying, "I'm worried about being separated from Kkot-bun. I haven't had children, but it feels like raising one. My heart already aches," making this news all the more heartbreaking.
