Actor Lee Ju-seung mourned the death of his close friend actor Ku Sung-hwan's pet dog Kkot-bun personally after hearing the sad news.
On the 21st, Lee Ju-seung shared Ku Sung-hwan's post on his personal SNS account and wrote, "You were a real comfort to me during hard times, my friend Kkot-bun, I love you."
He added, "Because of you I was happy. Run freely there and rest comfortably."
Earlier that day, Ku Sung-hwan posted on his personal Instagram account, "Even as I write this I don't want to accept it and I can't believe it. My daughter and younger sister, my partner Kkot-bun, crossed the rainbow bridge on Feb. 14," conveying the sad news.
Ku Sung-hwan said, "Kkot-bun received so much love, and I really wanted to say thank you for all the love given in this life! If I had known you would leave like this I would have fed you more delicious food and taken you on more walks; only regret remains."
Ku Sung-hwan continued, "You were so kind and playful, Kkot-bun… thank you, I'm sorry and I love you so, so much. Let's definitely meet again someday! Eat lots of tasty food there, play happily with friends and be happy… I really, really love you," delivering his final farewell to Kkot-bun.
Ku Sung-hwan also said, "Thank you sincerely for loving and caring for Kkot-bun all this time," and added, "I will gather myself and return in good health."
On the post, condolences from Lee Jang-woo, Code Kunst and Lee Ju-seung, who appeared together on I Live Alone, followed, and Lee Ju-seung separately wrote a post expressing gratitude toward Kkot-bun.<
