ChoPd's first family album 'ChoCo La Familia' title track 'GIMME' has been unveiled.
ChoCo Entertainment on the 19th (Thursday) at 6 p.m. released the music video teaser for the double title track 'GIMME' from the 'ChoCo La Familia' album on its official SNS channels. Although the video is a short 16 seconds, its intense sound and performance immediately captured attention and heightened anticipation for the release.
The released teaser video features Yechan and Taejo of unit group ChoCo1 and Anpan and Yoonji of ChoCo2, showcasing freewheeling gestures over the hip-hop–based 'GIMME' sound and delivering a strong presence. Members holding game controllers symbolically express the emotional lines of adolescent boys and girls, adding immersion.
In particular, sharp beats, dense flows, stable vocals and solid performances come together to promise a high level of synergy. Even with just the teaser, they deliver explosive energy and an addictive rhythmic feel, stimulating fans' expectations.
Meanwhile, 'ChoCo La Familia' is ChoCo Entertainment's first family album produced by ChoPd, who created mega hits like 'My Style' and '친구여' and discovered Lee Jung Hyun, Psy and Zico.
The album, which will be released on various online music sites at 6 p.m. on the 24th (Tuesday), contains five tracks in total, including the double title tracks 'GIMME' and 'FRENZY', as well as 'What's Your Wish', 'ZZAN' and 'On The Street'. It also includes a duet by Yechan and Taejo and solo songs by Anpan and Yoonji, showcasing each member's individuality and capabilities.
On the day of the album release, a showcase with fans will be held and will be streamed live on YouTube.
