"Jun Hyun-moo plan" singer Park Seo-jin candidly recounted his event-filled life from his unknown days to the present, and the event fees in particular surprised many.
On the 20th, singer Park Seo-jin appeared on the MBN variety show "Jun Hyun-moo plan season 3."
Park Seo-jin said when asked about his reason for debuting, "I became known as 'the god of the janggu' on Morning Yard and released my first record, 'Mireo Mireo,' in 2018." After that, he appeared on "National Singing Contest" and "Gayo Stage," building recognition, and he said he solidified his position as a trot star by ultimately winning on "King of Singers."
Now with a fandom comparable to that of idols, he said event bookings never stop. Park Seo-jin said, "When I have many events, I do five to six in a day," and "I've moved by helicopter before," which surprised everyone. Because of his packed schedule, he even mobilized a helicopter, showing a scale worthy of the "god of events." He spoke candidly about his income as well.
He said, "When I was unknown, I received about 100,000 to 200,000 won just for travel expenses," and "Now it's in the 2 million won range per appearance, and if I do five to six times a day, daily income can be about 10 million won." However, he modestly added, "These days I'm lowering the rates a bit."
When asked that day among the young trot men what his rank was, Park Seo-jin humbly said, "I think I'm still within the top 10.. around 8th or 9th," and when Jun Hyun-moo asked, "Anyone below you?" Park Seo-jin was flustered and brought laughter.
