Actor Choi Yeo-jin again drew a line over the adultery rumors that surfaced during the process of marrying her current husband.
In a video released on the 19th on the YouTube channel "Not-an-unlikeable attention-seeker sister," Cho Hye-lyeon and Choi Yeo-jin appeared. On the broadcast, Choi, at Cho Hye-lyeon's request, organized and addressed the previously raised allegations of an affair with her husband and the situation of the ex-wife's explanation.
In the past, Choi Yeo-jin revealed on a broadcast that she frequently visited a marine leisure company jointly run by her current husband and his ex-wife. After the husband went through divorce proceedings and married Choi, some raised suspicions of an affair.
Regarding this misunderstanding, the husband's ex-wife once appeared on a broadcast and directly clarified the facts by having a phone call with Choi Yeo-jin, bringing the controversy to a close.
On the YouTube broadcast that day, Choi Yeo-jin said of the situation at the time, "My husband and his ex-wife were not living in the same house and were residing separately," and added, "The ex-wife and I were not personally close enough to exchange messages." She continued, "I would never cozy up to someone, get meals from them, and then take her husband—that is not something I would do."
She also dismissed related rumors regarding when she began dating her husband, adding, "We spent a long time working out together, and we only started dating long after my husband divorced."
