Singer Yoon Tae-hwa confessed to getting a divorce.
On the 20th broadcast of TV CHOSUN's "Miss Trot 4," the legend mission round 2 individual competition took place.
That day Yoon Tae-hwa chose Choi Jin-hee's "Repentance." "Repentance" is a song that contains the aching regret after a breakup, and Choi Jin-hee's uniquely pleading voice stands out.
Choi Jin-hee asked Yoon Tae-hwa why she chose "Repentance." In response, Yoon Tae-hwa said with difficulty, "After I finished 'Miss Trot 2' I got married, but after living together for a year I came back," and for the first time confessed to a divorce.
Yoon Tae-hwa said, "When 'Miss Trot 2' started, my mother collapsed and it was very hard. I married the boyfriend who stayed by my side and helped me then, but I remained the head of the household," and added, "I had to take responsibility and care for my mother, but because I was busy I couldn't fulfill my role as a wife. So we talked it over and decided to live our separate lives."
Meanwhile, Yoon Tae-hwa debuted in August 2009 and appeared on "Tomorrow's Miss Trot" and "King of Singers." She married a non-celebrity eight years her senior on March 2022.
