'EXchange / Transit Love4' final couple, where did the hyunker go?
'EXchange / Transit Love4' Seong Baek-hyun surprised with a twist as he became embroiled in dating rumors with someone other than Choi Yoon-nyeong. The person in question is none other than cheerleader Ahn Ji-hyun.
Recently, dating rumors between EXchange / Transit Love4 cast member Seong Baek-hyun and cheerleader Ahn Ji-hyun rapidly spread across online communities. The trigger was Ahn Ji-hyun's KakaoTalk profile photo.
The leaked profile contained a close two-shot selfie of the two with the phrase "♥+50." Added to this were D-day counts such as "D-11, D-262" and "♥BH♥," presumed to be Seong Baek-hyun's initials, which further fueled the suspicions. Some interpreted "+50" as 50 days of dating and "D-262" as a countdown to Seong Baek-hyun's birthday, leading to reactions that it was effectively "open relationship level."
Ahn Ji-hyun began her activities as a cheerleader with the Seoul Samsung Thunders in 2015 and drew attention early in her career as a "high school girl cheerleader." From 2017 she gained recognition and earned the nickname "the second Park Ki-ryang." In fact, Park Ki-ryang once expressed affection in the past, saying, "I like her more because she reminds me of myself."
Afterward, Ahn Ji-hyun performed with various teams including the Lotte Giants, Suwon FC, and Seoul Woori Card Wibee-Woori WON, and in 2024 she was selected as member No. 1 of the Taiwanese professional baseball Taikang Hawks' official cheerleaders "Wing Stars," earning the nickname "Taiwan baseball goddess." She is currently also part of the SSG Landers cheering squad, active between Korea and Taiwan.
Previously, in 2020 Ahn Ji-hyun was embroiled in dating rumors with baseball player Park Hyo-jun, who was active in the U.S. minor leagues at the time, but then drew a line by saying, "We are close friends, not lovers." The fact that this is the second dating rumor has drawn even more attention.
Meanwhile, last month Seong Baek-hyun appeared on EXchange / Transit Love4 as Park Hyun-ji's X, became the final couple with Choi Yoon-nyeong and hinted at the possibility of being a "real couple (hyunker)," earning viewers' support. But with these dating rumors surfacing, the mood reversed sharply.
