Star yoga instructor Iyoo, who delivered healthy energy, has now been gone for a year.
Feb. 18, 2026, marks one year since star yoga instructor Iyoo, who became known through appearances on entertainment shows such as Infinite Challenge, passed away. The deceased suddenly died on Feb. 18, 2025, at the age of 35.
Iyoo became known as the yoga instructor on Infinite Challenge. Her flexibility demonstrated while teaching the members difficult yoga poses, and her firm yet warm charisma captivated viewers. After the broadcast, Iyoo, who became the catalyst for the yoga craze, promoted to the public that yoga is not simply exercise but "time to take care of myself."
Iw as certified in corrective exercise specialties such as Ashtanga yoga and vinyasa yoga and ran various yoga programs, and Iyoo built recognition by appearing as an advertising model for various brands, but she suddenly passed away about two months before her birthday.
In accordance with the family's wishes, no funeral parlor was set up, and a memorial space was created at the yoga studio Iyoo ran during her lifetime. In the last post she left before her death, she wrote, "Actually I'm thinking about retiring, but I don't know what life after that will be. I'm working like I'm squeezing juice and it's very hard. I don't want to say anything or hear anything. There is nothing I want to eat, do, or see. Looking at the gifts I receive every day, I should find strength, but I have no strength left to be grateful. Unnie is having a very hard time. I want to retire before I cause harm. I'm so sorry to the members I could die. At least I want to stop while my condition still allows. What should I do I really don't know".
The day before her death, Iyoo left a post that said "Bye" and changed her profile to '1990-2025.' It was especially tragic as it became known that she suffered severely from depression during her life.
