The group i-dle gave fans a special gift for the Lunar New Year holiday.
i-dle (Mi-yeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua) released the vertical performance video for the digital single "Mono (Feat. skaiwater)" on their official social media channels on the 17th.
The members captured attention by presenting a relay performance through part-by-part cut transitions in the video. The performance unfolding beyond a keyhole that evokes the "i" in the group name i-dle completed a theatrical atmosphere by combining lighting effects that changed with the silhouettes.
The members' monotone styling also drew attention. While unifying the color palette in teal tones—from Mi-yeon's halter-neck suit and Minnie's side-slit dress to Soyeon's cropped top and slacks combination, Yuqi's open-shoulder dress and Shuhua's wide suit—each member clearly revealed her own identity.
Earlier, i-dle consecutively released various versions of content, starting with the music video for "Mono (Feat. skaiwater)": a mega-crew performance video, a character version choreography video, and split-screen live clips. The differently formatted videos expanded the song's message from new perspectives and drew fans' interest.
"Mono (Feat. skaiwater)" is a song that expresses the message of stepping away from others' gazes and listening more closely to one's own essence through i-dle's musical world. Following i-dle's first digital single to achieve a triple crown on terrestrial music shows, it has continued long-term success in Greater China, recording No. 1 on China Tencent Music charts and No. 1 on China's QQ Music Korean music video chart for four consecutive weeks.
i-dle will hold "2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation] IN SEOUL" at KSPO DOME in Songpa District, Seoul, on the 21st and 22nd. i-dle plans to kick off the world tour with a setlist that delivers polished performances, dense composition and a variety of rhythms, as suggested by the tour title "Syncopation."
