NMIXX(NMIXX) will release its first new song of the year on Feb. 26.
NMIXX said on the 17th via its official SNS channels that it will release the new song 'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)' (Tic Tic (featuring Pabllo Vittar)) at noon on the 26th.
'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)' is the second collaborative song between the 'hexagonal girl group' NMIXX and Brazilian artist Pabllo Vittar. They first met last Aug. with their first collaboration, 'MEXE' (Mexe). The song, which harmoniously blended K-pop and Brazilian funk with Latin-style choreography, received wide love from global listeners. About six months later, the two artists have reunited to once again create a special synergy with 'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)'.
Before announcing the new song, NMIXX made its first performance of 'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)' on the 16th (local time) as a special guest at Pabllo Vittar's block party held at the Brazilian Carnival in São Paulo. NMIXX's solid vocal and performance capabilities combined with Pabllo Vittar's energetic and distinctive charm drew an explosive reaction from the local audience and raised expectations for the official release of the track.
NMIXX proved its high popularity and influence in Brazil by participating in the São Paulo carnival as the first K-pop group to do so. At the block party, which lasted about three hours from joint stages with Pabllo Vittar to solo stages, they heated the festival atmosphere by performing the collaboration songs 'MEXE' and 'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)', the group's representative songs 'O.O' (O.O), 'DICE' (Dice), 'Love Me Like This' (Love Me Like This), 'DASH' (Dash), as well as 'RICO' (Rico) and 'Soñar (Spanish Ver.)' (Soñar (Spanish ver.)). They danced and sang with an estimated crowd of about 2 million filling the streets, creating a spectacular scene.
Meanwhile, NMIXX's first work of 2026, 'TIC TIC (Feat. Pabllo Vittar)', which solidified their status last year by sweeping domestic and international music charts, will be available on various online music sites at noon on the 26th.
