Singer Cho Hyun-a and Lee Mi-joo revealed an unprecedented behind-the-scenes story in which they were simultaneously entangled in a man's shameless "two-timing" behavior.
On the Dec. 16 broadcast of SBS variety show "Ahn-i geunde jinjja!" guests Lee Mi-joo and Cho Hyun-a appeared and showed off their frank talk. In particular, that day Lee Mi-joo calmly opened up about the wounds of being betrayed by a former lover, drawing attention.
Lee Mi-joo recalled the situation, saying, "It was a long time ago. It was Christmas. I had something to do on Christmas so I couldn't meet my boyfriend."
But the next day she received a shocking tip from a friend. She confessed, "The next day a friend called me. She asked, 'Is this the person? What kind of person is he?' I said he was my boyfriend, and she said that person had called an older female colleague from the same group on Christmas and gone out. But the older colleague still hadn't come home yet."
Lee Mi-joo said, "After hearing that I called my boyfriend and he flatly denied it no matter what. I finally said let's break up," and shared the painful behind-the-scenes of the breakup.
Another surprising fact is that Lee Mi-joo identified the identity of the "two-timing" man and once saved Cho Hyun-a from danger. Cho Hyun-a exposed the absurd anecdote the two shared, saying, "Mi-joo once told me about it."
Lee Mi-joo said she firmly put on the brakes when she saw Cho Hyun-a feeling attracted to and happy about the man. Lee Mi-joo explained the situation at the time, saying, "I know him. When my sister was happily talking about him I said, 'No, sister,' and told her the whole story."
Lee Mi-joo unleashed harsh criticism, saying, "In fact, that person liked me too. When he told my sister he liked her, he also told others he liked them, and begged and cried to me to date him. That guy is really trash."
