Comedian Jang Dong-min revealed the "real pain" after a thread lifting procedure.
On the 14th, a video titled "[Let's eat] we need to talk 2026" was posted on the YouTube channel "Kkondaehee."
That day, Jang Dong-min reenacted the past KBS2 "Gag Concert" skit "We need to talk" with Kim Dae-hee and Shin Bong-Sun, bringing delight.
But the mood was unusual from the start. Jang Dong-min's face stood out noticeably swollen after he took off his sunglasses. He joked that he had been "beaten up," and Kim Dae-hee exclaimed, "What's wrong with your face?" Shin Bong-Sun also expressed sympathy, saying, "Your black eye turned into a big black eye."
The reason was the thread lifting procedure. While acting, Jang Dong-min who was grimacing eventually complained of pain, saying, "My mouth won't open. It hurts." Tears welled at the corners of his eyes, and a nosebleed occurred, capturing a moment when he searched for tissue.
When Kim Dae-hee asked, "What is thread lifting that it hurts this much?" Jang Dong-min explained, "They pierced by the ear and through the nose and eyes and pulled the threads tight," which made the scene murmur. It was a description that made listeners shudder just hearing it.
