Actor Park Young-gyu revealed his 90-pyeong townhouse and added candid remarks.
On the 13th, the YouTube channel 'Park Young-gyu assault incident' posted a video titled 'Clumsy cooking, overflowing love... even a tour of Young-gyu's very special home!' In the video, Park Young-gyu, marking the new year, invited the production team to his home and personally introduced the 90-pyeong townhouse where he lives with his wife, who is 25 years younger.
Passing through the foyer, the revealed living room attracted attention with its uncluttered, simple interior. Park Young-gyu said, "I like simple things. I did the interior myself."
He went on, "I grew up so poor that when I made money I wanted to live in a big house. So I bought this house," revealing his candid feelings. He added, "It's not expensive furniture, but I decorated it with care in my own way."
When the production team asked, "What is the oldest thing in the house?", Park Young-gyu flipped the mood with his characteristic joking confession. He said, "You know I've been divorced a few times," and added, "Every time I divorced I said, 'Just use the stuff. I'm going to start my life over.'" He then smiled sheepishly, saying, "I don't know whether to laugh or cry," drawing laughter.
That day Park Young-gyu also showed his daughter's room and his study. About the study he said, "This is where I read scripts. A solitary space where I stretch my legs out and am alone," showing affection. While revealing his 20-year-old daughter's room, he also appeared cautious, saying, "She'll say something if she finds out."
He especially did not hide his affection for his wife, who is 25 years younger. Park Young-gyu said, "We met late, but we should live happily," and noted, "Even if we argue, we decided not to have separate rooms. That would make the problem bigger." He then showed his loving side, saying, "She's young, so I should love her more."
Meanwhile, Park Young-gyu announced his fourth marriage to a woman 25 years his junior in 2019.<
