I Live Alone' Chef Kim Si-hyeon confessed to having an obsession with short nails.
On the 13th broadcast, MBC entertainment I Live Alone (hereinafter 'I Live Alone') featured Culinary Class Wars2 Little Tiger Kim Si-hyeon grants.
That morning, Kim Si-hyeon, who woke up to the early morning alarm, revealed the studio apartment he recently moved into. The kitchen, filled with personal equipment, had ingredients neatly organized, and a large pantry in one corner of the living room caught the eye instead of a TV.
As soon as he woke up, Kim Si-hyeon checked his nails before washing his face. Then he began clipping his nails. He noted, "I habitually look at my nails before washing my face. If the nails are long, they can get cut or foreign matter can form when cutting with a knife and get into the food, so I check for short nails like an obsession."
Afterwards, Kim Si-hyeon went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. He took out wild chive from the refrigerator and presented wild chive doenjang ramen for breakfast.
Following the usual ramen cooking method, he added the soup base first, dissolved doenjang, then dropped in potato-made noodles. As a final point he added a little anchovy fish sauce, and the rainbow cast admired the appetizingly completed ramen.
