In this content, Yuk Jun-seo met Dex together with Cho Hyun, who had appeared on I AM BOXER. They went to the MMA gym where Dex trains and staged a sparring match. After experiencing MMA for the first time, boxers Yuk Jun-seo and Cho Hyun were surprised, saying, "The whole feeling is different. But why doesn't everyone wear headgear? No one is wearing headgear. It's more wild."
Before sparring with Yuk Jun-seo, Dex asked, "Will you wear gear?" Yuk Jun-seo said, "If it's going to be light, then you can just not wear it..." and then added with a laugh, "No, I'll wear it. I forgot we were from the same UDT." Dex added, "Wearing it is actually better (because it's safer)."
Yuk Jun-seo and Dex?z staged a tense match. They trained intensely without a moment's rest, unleashing powerful punches and kicks. Midway, the headgear worn by Yuk Jun-seo shifted, and he said, "I'll just take it off," and squared off directly with Dex. The two, who showed strong strikes, continued training without tiring.
After finishing the sparring, Dex said, "I almost passed out," and Yuk Jun-seo said, "Your athletic instincts are so good that I can't compete," expressing surprise.
Dex said, "What's wrong again?! Your punches are really fast, and at this level you should stop flying in, right? But then something keeps happening afterward. Cornered, there's no choice but to get hit a lot," he said. Yuk Jun-seo praised Dex's athletic sense, saying, "You definitely have very animal-like instincts."

However, after the content was released, voices of concern about Dex continued, mainly because he was not wearing headgear. Comments pointing out safety issues were posted one after another on the content, such as, "Not wearing headgear could make you lose everything you've achieved in an instant," and "Wear headgear." In fact, because Dex and Yuk Jun-seo sometimes struck each other in the face, the prevailing view was that protective equipment was necessary.
