JYP Entertainment girl group NiziU captivated fans with concept visuals for their second Japanese EP album.
NiziU will release their second Japanese EP GOOD GIRL BUT NOT FOR YOU and the title track Too Bad on Apr. 1. JYP Entertainment raised anticipation by releasing a group concept image on the group's official social media channels at midnight on Feb. 13.
The nine members in the photo showed off a cool, chic charm in all-black styling. Their restrained charisma created a subtle tension that completed a powerful aura, and their steady gazes and relaxed attitudes left a vivid impression on viewers.
The new record GOOD GIRL BUT NOT FOR YOU includes three tracks: the title track Too Bad, which depicts confidently forging one's own future; the fan song Light it Up, for which the members participated in writing lyrics and which expresses affectionate feelings toward WithU (fan club name: WithU) on the occasion of their fifth anniversary of local debut; and a cover of popular local singer Nishino Kana's hit Dear... reinterpreted in NiziU's own style. This new EP, the first since their debut EP RISE UP in July 2024, will be released about 1 year and 9 months later, drawing attention to the new music and performances they will present.
Ahead of the second EP release, they will stoke comeback excitement with an arena tour across five Japanese cities for a total of 12 performances, NiziU Live with U 2026 "NEW EvoNUtion." Beginning in Aichi on the 14th–15th, the tour continues in Hokkaido on the 27th–28th, Osaka on Mar. 7–8, Tokyo on the 18th–19th and 21st–22nd, and Fukuoka on the 28th–29th. Every performance of this arena tour sold out, proving strong interest from local audiences.
