Two artists from DPR crew, DPR CREAM and DPR ARTIC, will appear at the global music festival Sónar 2026, once again proving their global presence on the European stage.
On the 12th, Sónar 2026 announced the news of DPR CREAM and DPR ARTIC's grants through its official lineup announcement. Launched in 1994 and marking its 33rd edition this year, Sónar is a leading European music and art festival that has attracted attention from music fans and industry figures worldwide with its original concept combining electronic music, contemporary art and cutting-edge technology.
DPR CREAM and DPR ARTIC will take the Sónar 2026 stage on June 20 (local time) at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. The performance is part of a large-scale festival held across Spain for three days from June 18 and will take place in an overwhelming space equivalent to about 30 soccer stadiums.
Notably, the lineup includes world-class artists who have led their genres and exerted strong influence across music and culture, such as Belgian-born DJ and producer Amelie Lens and Charlotte de Witte, and Skepta, the British icon who expanded U.K. grime onto the world stage. With their names on this lineup, DPR CREAM and DPR ARTIC are also expected to stand shoulder to shoulder with top European artists and expand their influence on the global stage.
Above all, expectations are high because this performance is an official stage where they meet local fans again about a year after their Europe tour in July 2025. The two artists toured major cities including Manchester, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Rome following last year's Lollapalooza Paris stage and the release tour for their first joint EP NO DRUGS, earning praise from local fans with their distinctive sound and stage presence. Immediately after the performances, explosive reactions followed on various social media and local communities, saying things like "a live performance that overwhelms the recorded tracks" and "a wondrous moment to experience DPR's unique world and sound live."
In particular, the Barcelona visit marks a return about 1 year and 7 months after their third world tour, The Dream Reborn Tour, held in 2024, further heightening expectations among local fans who have been waiting for their stage.
