'Dokbakz' faces a crisis from a sudden heavy snow as soon as it arrives in Hokkaido, Japan.
In the 37th episode of Channel S's 'Nidon Naesan Dokbak Tour 4,' airing on the 14th, Kim Dae-hee x Kim Jun-Ho x Jang Dong-min x You Se Yoon x Hong In-kyu depart for Hokkaido, Japan, the "frozen kingdom," and a situation is revealed in which they fall into a "mental breakdown" because of unexpected weather.
On that day, 'Dokbakz' arrive in Hokkaido, where endless white snow spreads out. While everyone admires the beautiful snowy scenery, Kim Jun-Ho worries, "(The scenery is) pretty, but I heard a disaster warning was issued here yesterday (because of the heavy snow)?" Hong In-kyu reassures them, "That's why I already rented a car. We can get around comfortably by car," but Kim Jun-Ho continues to feel uneasy, saying, "Who will drive? Driving on snowy roads will be dangerous." Then Kim Dae-hee mentions the "aging issue," saying, "For now I can't. I went to the hospital not long ago and they said my cognitive abilities have declined, so I shouldn't drive if possible," eliciting a bittersweet laugh.
After bickering that none of them could drive, Hong In-kyu, chosen as the rental car driver, puts Jang Dong-min in the passenger seat and heads to 'Furano Village,' where their first night's lodging is located. Soon after, 'Dokbakz' stop at a convenience store to buy snacks and later enjoy onigiri in the car. But Kim Jun-Ho expresses disappointment, saying, "It's a bit different from the rice balls I had in mind." Hong In-kyu recalls, "In the past, Se Yoon would use a translator to search when buying things like this and explain (what the flavor was)," and teases, "Since he won an entertainment award he has changed," playfully mocking You Se Yoon. Kim Jun-Ho agrees, saying, "Right. He's acting like that because he's famous now. He's fallen into a rut," prompting everyone to burst into laughter.
Meanwhile, the once blue sky darkens and the road becomes so covered with piled snow that even the lanes are invisible. When the snowflakes start swirling, Kim Jun-Ho shivers and says, "The snow that looked pretty earlier is scary now." Kim Dae-hee tightly closes his eyes, saying, "I want to get off, I just want to get off." In the passenger seat, Jang Dong-min also yells at Hong In-kyu, "If you drive like that, something bad will happen!" To this, Hong In-kyu mumbles, "My sister-in-law (Jang Dong-min's wife) must be pitiful. How hard it must be (because of the nagging). When I meet her later I'll buy her something delicious...," turning the scene upside down.
