The episode recorded a peak rating of 2.3% among male viewers in their teens, claiming first place in its time slot including terrestrial broadcasters for the fifth consecutive week (AGB Nielsen, based on paid households in the Seoul metropolitan area), proving its unrivaled popularity. It has also added to the excitement by ranking first in the TV category for four consecutive weeks in FUNdex, the topicality ranking released by Good Data Corporation.
The 4-on-4 team mission had 10 leaders chosen by the producers (TrayB, Mili, Oxinova, DoubleDown, Raf Sandu, ChioChicano, Gene the Zilla, FlickyBeng, Kim Ha-on, Jeong Jun-hyeok), each picking three team members to form 10 teams, with teams that chose the same beat facing off. The winning team earned survival for all members, while the losing team faced an extreme rule in which half of the members were eliminated, raising the tension.
