CORTIS contributed to the song production for the team behind "K-pop Demon Hunters," and the production team's new OST unveiled today (13th).
The insert song "Mention Me" from the animated film "GOAT," sung by CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho), was released on domestic and international music platforms at 12 a.m. on the 13th. The group earlier drew strong interest by releasing choreography, part of the song and a teaser video for "Mention Me" on their official team SNS.
"Mention Me" is a trap song driven throughout by a powerful bass sound. The members participated in writing the lyrics and producing the song, inspired by the story of the film's protagonist. With lyrics expressing the ambition to make even those who underestimated them look up to them, heavy and aggressive beats, and confident flows, it delivers intense energy.
In addition to CORTIS, well-known artists such as Jelly Roll, Bryant Barnes and Ayra Starr are also listed in the "GOAT" OST vocal lineup.
"GOAT" is a sports action animation highly anticipated this year. It is a new project from the team behind "K-pop Demon Hunters," who won two awards at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards and created the Grammy-winning song "Golden" at the 68th Grammy Awards, together with major Hollywood studio Sony Pictures Animation. NBA marquee star Stephen Curry participates as a producer, raising expectations.
Meanwhile, CORTIS will partner with the National Basketball Association for a special stage as the first K-pop singers to do so. They were invited as headliners for the NBA Crossover concert series held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on the 13th. On the 14th, they will perform the halftime show at the 2026 Ruffles® NBA All-Star Celebrity Game held at Kia Forum in California. The performance can be watched live on Coupang Play.
