SBS new Fri-Sat drama "Shin-i-rang Law Office" released stills of the two polar-opposite lawyers, Yoo Yeon-seok and Esom, promising a fresh heart-thrusting surprise.
The anticipated successor to SBS's refreshing courtroom dramas, the new Fri-Sat drama "Shin-i-rang Law Office" (directed by Shin Jung-hoon, written by Kim Ga-young·Kang Cheol-gyu) is a strange yet warm vengeance adventure about "Shin-driven lawyer" Shin I-rang, who satisfyingly resolves the resentment (han) of the deceased, and "cold-blooded elite lawyer" Han Na-hyun, who puts everything on winning. The images of Shin I-rang (Yoo Yeon-seok) and Han Na-hyun (Esom), released ahead of the March 13 premiere, instantly raise expectations for the series with their strangely appealing contrast.
In the released stills the two face each other, creating a tense atmosphere. Shin I-rang listens to ghosts and their grievances and defends invisible truths, while Han Na-hyun is a principled lawyer who trusts only the facts before her and aims solely for victories won through evidence and logic. The contrast between the two lawyers, who inevitably offer completely different interpretations of the same space and the same case, foreshadows that they cannot easily join hands. It raises curiosity about how the two will shake each other's worlds.

The producers said, "The very setup of a lawyer who sees ghosts and a lawyer who does not believe in ghosts most intuitively shows the contrast between the two characters," and added, "During the process of solving cases, clashes and cracks, and unexpected empathy will occur simultaneously, and the 'possessed chemistry' will operate powerfully at the center of this vengeance adventure." They added their expectations, saying, "Yoo Yeon-seok and Esom are actors with completely different energies, so the tension and rhythm they create together will raise the drama's immersion."
