Singer WOODZ (WOODZ, real name Jo Seung-yeon) opens the way for his first full-length album with the pre-release songs "CINEMA" and "Bloodline."
According to his agency EDAM Entertainment, WOODZ will release the pre-release songs "CINEMA" and "Bloodline" from his first full-length album "Archive. 1" at 6 p.m. today (the 12th) on various online music sites.
The pre-release title track "CINEMA" is a track that blends an addictive chorus melody, poignant yet powerful high notes, and storytelling that feels like watching a movie, deeply capturing WOODZ's distinctive sensibility. It was first revealed as a pre-release stage at WOODZ's solo concert held last year and became a hot topic track that received enthusiastic responses from fans.
The accompanying pre-release song "Bloodline" is a track WOODZ collaborated on with overseas songwriters; participants include producer Ryan Linvill, Nathan, who co-created "Drowning," and HOHO (Kim Ho-hyun). With the theme of "the essence that flows in the blood that made me who I am now," WOODZ expressed it as "rock and roll" and infused it with energy that anyone can enjoy.
Ahead of the pre-release, WOODZ sequentially released the album's highlight medley video, concept photos, and the music video teaser for the pre-release title track "CINEMA," heightening the excitement for his comeback.
