"MZ wannabe icon" IVE (IVE: Ahn Yujin·Gaeul·Ray·Jang Wonyoung·Reese·Lee Seo) proved its trend-setting power on the 2025 annual Circle Chart.
According to Circle certification released on the 12th, the title track "I AM(IM)" from IVE's 2023 full-length album I've IVE recorded 200 million cumulative streams in the streaming category under Circle Chart counting standards, earning 2Platinum certification. With this, IVE now has a second 200 million-stream song following their 2022 single album Love Dive.
IVE's record-breaking success is evident across the songs it has released since debut. Beginning with their 2021 debut song Eleven, their 2022 single album After LIKE, and the 2023 pre-release track Kitsch each surpassed 100 million streams to earn 1Platinum certification, and Love Dive and I AM each recorded 200 million streams, once again proving their wide public appeal across generations.
This strong streaming power also translated into the 2025 annual Circle Chart results. The pre-release title track "Rebel Heart" from mini album IVE EMPATHY ranked eighth on the annual digital chart and ninth on the download chart, placing in the upper ranks. The song remained in the digital chart's top five for eight consecutive weeks starting the week after its release, topped the digital monthly chart in February 2025, and enjoyed steady popularity last year, achieving long-running success. In particular, during the year-end and new-year season it was chosen as a "must-play playlist" for the new year because of its meaningful lyrics, receiving much love.
Their presence was also notable across indicators. IVE placed eight songs within the top 400 of the 2025 annual chart in the Circle index market share survey by artist, proving overwhelming streaming market share. In the album category, mini album IVE EMPATHY ranked seventh on the annual album chart, and a total of four albums ranked within the annual album chart top 400, giving them seventh place in album sales share. Also, both last year's mini 3 and mini 4 albums, IVE SECRET, each exceeded 1 million copies based on distributor counts, continuing their record of seven consecutive million-seller releases.
Having accumulated meaningful achievements every year since debut, IVE is expected to maintain momentum in 2026 with new releases and a world tour among various activities. With the official release of full-length album 2 REVIVE+ (Revive Plus) set for the 23rd, the pre-release "BANG BANG" released on the 9th recorded No. 1 on YouTube Korea's daily popular music videos (on the 10th) and proved strong buzz by holding the top spot on the trending music chart for three consecutive days.
Also, as of 9 a.m. on the 12th, the song rose to No. 2 on Melon TOP100, reached No. 1 on Flo's daily chart and No. 2 on Bugs' daily chart, and landed in the upper ranks on major platforms such as Jini and Vibe. It entered the top ranks of iTunes' Top K-pop Songs charts in 27 countries and regions, and also placed in the top songs charts in nine countries and regions, heating up the comeback excitement.
Meanwhile, IVE is ramping up full promotions for their second full-length album alongside activities for the pre-release "BANG BANG."
