Actor Seon Woo-yong-yeo revealed her personal health routine.

As part of managing her health, she checks her blood sugar and blood pressure every day. Seon Woo-yong-yeo said, "I checked earlier and my fasting blood sugar was 91," and measured her blood sugar again before drinking water.
Saying, "I ate so I don't know," Seon Woo-yong-yeo surprised viewers when a fasting blood sugar of '79'—not unlike someone in their 20s—was shown.
However, although her blood pressure was higher than normal, she said, "If this is the level after moving a bit it's okay," and revealed her personal health routine, taking various supplements and blood pressure medicine.
