On 'What's the point of leaving it,' broadcaster Seo Jeong-hee mentioned a boyfriend six years younger, and comedian Lee Young-ja made a joke.
On the 11th episode broadcast on tvN STORY's "What's the point of leaving it," Seo Jeong-hee appeared as a guest and had a deep conversation with MC Lee Young-ja and Pak Se-ri.
Seo Jeong-hee revealed a dawn routine that surprised everyone. She said she wakes up between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. every day, adding, "If I oversleep, it's 4:00 a.m., and even if I say 'I'll just sleep today,' I wake up at 5:00 a.m.," which drew attention.
She went on to say, "I can't work if I don't eat," and added that her morning menu is "morning nurungji" (scorched rice). In response, Lee Young-ja commented on Seo Jeong-hee's sophisticated fashion, saying, "Today's fashion and nurungji are completely mismatched," which caused bursts of laughter.
The full comedy erupted when Seo Jeong-hee's boyfriend story came up. When Lee Young-ja revealed her age as "born in '67," Seo Jeong-hee, as if waiting for the moment, mentioned "my boyfriend (is one year younger)" and summoned a boyfriend born in '68 who is younger.
When Lee Young-ja, flustered, asked, "Are you the same age as my brother-in-law (current boyfriend)?" Seo Jeong-hee replied, "No, the brother-in-law is one year younger (than Young-ja)." Then Lee Young-ja, who has watched both Seo Jeong-hee's past and present up close, joked, "I know both brother-in-laws (?), so I'm having a hard time," evoking both her late ex-husband, the late Seo Se-won, and her current boyfriend at the same time. Rather than being embarrassed by Lee Young-ja's joke, Seo Jeong-hee coolly responded, "They're polar opposites, though." <
