On the 10th broadcast of SBS variety show Teumman Namyeon season 4, Song Eun I's office located in Sangam was mentioned, bringing laughter. When the cast joked about the office building, saying, "These older sisters are rich," the scene was filled with a pleasant atmosphere.
Earlier, Song Eun I appeared on the tvN variety show You Quiz on the Block and revealed her CEO daily life. At the time, she introduced herself as "a comedian of 32 years and a businessperson of 10 years." In fact, Song Eun I owns a seven-story office building in Sangam-dong, Mapo District, and is the CEO of a content company with more than 50 employees.
On that broadcast, Yu Jae-seok said, "She even owns a magnificent building in Sangam-dong. She's labeled a '10 billion-won CEO'," and Song Eun I waved her hand and bashfully said, "Something like 10 billion won… I don't have 10 billion won." She then smiled and said, "I don't know where that story came from. It seems like something I said when I was in a good mood and left alone."
The company led by Song Eun I started 10 years ago during the podcast days with five people in total: two writers, Kim Sook, Song Eun I, and one freelance PD. It has now grown into an organization with more than 50 employees. She revealed that her monthly salary is about 3 million won and said, "I hope the employees grow more. Can't I at least raise the meal allowance a bit more?" which drew attention.
From comedian to head of a content company, Song Eun I's path of continuing both the stage and management once again drew attention.
