Hit producer and band Rocoberry continue their chart power with "Sorry for crying."
Rocoberry's new song "Sorry for crying," released on Jan. 26, is showing a sharp rise, ranking No. 4 on YouTube Music's trending videos as of Feb. 10. It entered YouTube Music's domestic weekly popular songs chart at No. 88.
"Sorry for crying" is a breakup ballad whose unique vocals are charming. Rocoberry's distinctive sensibility has resonated with many people and spread by word of mouth, and the song is now feeling strong popularity on the music charts as well.
In particular, the music video for "Sorry for crying," released along with the song, features Japanese actor and model Yugo, who made an impression in the popular dramas Taxi Driver and Typhoon Family, joining Rocoberry. In addition, director Lee Sang-deok, who recently directed the released film BOY, personally directed the video and captured distinctive visuals.
Rocoberry achieved No. 1 on YouTube Music's trending videos and No. 41 on the domestic weekly popular songs chart with the song "With the word goodbye our romance ends," released last October. With the new year beginning, they are showing signs of continuing their chart power once again with the new song "Sorry for crying."
Meanwhile, Rocoberry is the hit maker behind Ailee's "I Will Go to You Like the First Snow," Paul Kim's "Goodbye," and Gummy's "Remember My All Days and That Time," among others. He has also shown his capabilities as a producer, producing Jo Jaej's debut song "Don't you know" which swept the music scene last year. Rocoberry's vigorous activities in 2026 are anticipated.
