Group ZEROBASEONE member Seok Matthew and Park Geon-wook performed a special stage at the 2026 Visionary Awards.
Seok Matthew and Park Geon-wook were officially invited to the 2026 Visionary Awards held on the 10th. CJ ENM has been selecting individuals or works that present a new vision for the K-entertainment industry as Visionaries since 2020. The two members had previously sung the OST "Back Packer" for the Visionary-winning TVING original Study Group, and their special performance that day added to the significance.
"Back Packer" is a song that captures the bravado of tempestuous teens, notable for its introduction that begins with a striking whistle sound. The blend of Seok Matthew and Park Geon-wook's rap and vocals was praised for enhancing immersion in the drama when it was released.
They said, "'Back Packer' is such an exciting and fun song to record and perform. We were more proud because the OST and the drama fit well together," and added, "We are honored to be invited to such a meaningful event. We also resolved to become a great team that presents a new vision. We will continue to work hard to show you shining performances on stage."
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE, to which Seok Matthew and Park Geon-wook belong, demonstrated its 'global top-tier' popularity by landing high on major charts in Korea, China and Japan as its special limited album Re-Flow was released. ZEROBASEONE will hold the 2026 ZEROBASEONE World Tour 'HERE&NOW' Encore at Seoul KSPO Dome from March 13 to 15 and meet fans. This encore concert, capping the 2025 world tour, sold out in presales alone, showcasing ZEROBASEONE's overwhelming ticket power.
