Actors Yeonwoo and Kim Hyunjin are expected to stir viewers' excitement with their perfect chemistry.
The new drama 'Love Phobia', which will premiere first on the 19th at 11 p.m. on U+mobiletv and Lifetime, tells the story of Yoon Bia (played by Yeonwoo), the CEO of a dating app who is more comfortable with AI than with people, and Han Sunho (played by Kim Hyunjin), a romantic romance novelist, who design a smart relationship with AI and come to realize the true meaning of love; it will be available first via U+mobiletv VOD.
In 'Love Phobia', Yeonwoo plays Yoon Bia, the CEO of the AI dating app 'It's You', and Kim Hyunjin plays Han Sunho, an idol of the literary world. The two, tangled in a bad fate, unintentionally intrude into each other's daily lives and will show what is called a 'growl chemistry,' bickering whenever they meet.
Ahead of the first broadcast, Yeonwoo explained her reason for choosing the project, saying, I felt as I followed the story that it is a work close to a coming-of-age narrative, and I thought it would be fun to play Yoon Bia, who changes and becomes stronger. She added the process of becoming Yoon Bia itself. About Bia, who has a cold exterior and a fragile inside, Yeonwoo said, I don't think I have many similarities (to her). I tend to communicate with people in a broader range than Bia, and I usually love laughing and chatting on set, but this time there were often moments when I wanted to have my own time when I entered the set, raising expectations with her complete immersion in the role.
Naming growth as 'Love Phobia's' viewing point, Yeonwoo said, Love Phobia is not a simple love story but all the characters grow little by little, and asked, Please enjoy watching the process of Bia's life changing little by little. Kim Hyunjin, who plays Han Sunho, explained the appeal of Love Phobia, saying, The fact that it is a work with an AI theme struck me as a big attraction.
