Artist Junny (JUNNY) has been promoted to full membership of the Korea Music Copyright Association, revealing the profile of a young creator representing the domestic music industry.
Junny was listed among the 30 people on the 2026 full member promotion roster released in January by the Korea Music Copyright Association (hereinafter KMCA).
The KMCA, which entrusts and manages the proprietary rights of domestic music creators, selects full member promotees each year from associate members based on association regulations by comprehensively considering factors such as length of membership and copyright fee performance. Junny adds significance as a new generation representing the expansion of the creative base of the K-pop music industry.
Junny is active as a singer-songwriter and producer. Previously, she participated as a composer on hit songs by representative K-pop artists such as IU's 'Dollimnorae', EXO's Kai 'Mmmh', NCT DREAM's 'ANL', and 'Like Now'.
Also as a singer-songwriter, she successfully released two full-length albums, "blanc (blanc)" and "null (null)", along with various EPs and singles, building her own musical world. In addition, she broadened her musical spectrum through collaborations with a variety of domestic and international artists across genres, including Dynamic Duo, Chung Ha, Levent Geiger, and Pink Sweat$.
Last year Junny successfully released "null" and was active as a Spotify "RADAR KOREA" artist. She subsequently completed tours in Europe and is currently successfully conducting tours in North America, Asia and South America this year.
Junny plans to communicate with fans through active music and performance activities in 2026.
