Cho PD, a symbol of Korea's first generation of hip-hop and the producer who wrote K-pop's success story, returns with a new music project.
On the 8th, ChoCo Entertainment released an image poster along with news of the release of its first family album, "ChoCo La Familia," featuring core members of ChoCo Entertainment, through its official social media channels.
The released image poster is a high-teen mood graphic design that captures the unique atmosphere of the ChoCo family. The four figures appearing on the poster symbolically portray the hopes and sorrows of teenagers who clash, make choices and come to know themselves in pursuit of their dreams, visually unfolding the process that this family album seeks to document.
The first family album, "ChoCo La Familia," is meaningful in that it is a "family album" that brings together the musical worldview of ChoCo Entertainment built by Cho PD. Under the exceptional producing of Cho PD, the godfather of hip-hop who discovered Psy, Park Jung-hyun and Zico and has led K-pop trends, the album promises a high level of completion and raises expectations.
In particular, ChoCo Entertainment drew public attention by showcasing Ye-chan and Tae-jo, who stamped their presence with skills uncharacteristic of their young ages on the popular audition program "Boys Planet" broadcast last year. With four figures appearing in this image poster, curiosity is growing about whether they will join and how the final member lineup will be completed.
Meanwhile, the first family album by ChoCo Entertainment produced by Cho PD, "ChoCo La Familia," will be released on Feb. 24 through all online music sites.
