Blackpink first revealed the visuals for their third mini-album DEADLINE, raising global fans' expectations to a fever pitch.
YG Entertainment posted 'DEADLINE' VISUAL POSTER - Statue ver.', '[DEADLINE] VISUAL POSTER - Red light ver.' on its official blog on the 9th. The full portraits and additional images of the concept teaser that had earlier drawn intense interest from global fans were unveiled.
The members maximized sculptural beauty with white-tone outfits that emphasized curved silhouettes, instantly capturing attention. With restrained beauty without flashy elements eliciting admiration, their photogenic gestures and elegant gazes formed a perfect harmony that evoked a single work of art.
The newly released poster captured the members' unapproachable charisma against an extraordinary red-tone background. Their bewitching stares facing forward and deep aura left a strong impact, and the mere presence of the four members overwhelmed viewers and created a peculiar tension.
Two posters with markedly different moods were unveiled simultaneously, further amplifying global fans' curiosity. As they preview Blackpink's unique ability to carry concepts and their diverse charms, music fans around the world are focusing on the story the group will unfold through their first full-group album in about 3 years and 5 months.
Meanwhile, Blackpink's third mini-album DEADLINE will be released on the 27th at 2 p.m. Korea time. It includes a total of five tracks: the title track GO and the pre-release songs 'Jump' (뛰어 (JUMP)), 'Me and my', 'Champion' and 'Fxxxboy'. Earlier, YG said the album would be filled, as the title [DEADLINE] suggests, with "irrevocable best moments" and "the Blackpink of today shining brightest at this moment."
