Jung Won, leader of the idol group ENHYPEN, pledged to donate 100 million won to the Community Chest of Korea on his birthday.
The Community Chest of Korea said on the 9th that Jung Won pledged to donate 100 million won. With this pledge, Jung Won was listed as member No. 3,886 of the "Honor Society," the Community Chest of Korea's high-value donor club.
The donation will be delivered in installments of 20 million won each year for five years and is planned to be used for programs supporting children and adolescents in vulnerable groups and for welfare projects overall.
Jung Won said, "I hope this small sharing becomes strong support and courage for children who cannot enjoy their rightful entitlements because they run into the wall of their environment."
