The group's Stray Kids' self-described largest world tour captured on screen in the live-action film Stray Kids: The Dominate Experience has risen to No. 1 at the global box office.
According to U.S. outlet Deadline, the film Stray Kids: The Dominate Experience, which opened on Feb. 6 (local time), topped the global box office by earning $19.1 million across 61 territories worldwide in the first weekend of February.
The film earned about $5.6 million from approximately 1,724 theaters in North America in its opening weekend, and in Mexico it reached about $2.1 million to take first place. In Germany it recorded about $1.6 million, achieving the highest opening for a K-pop film there, and in the U.K. and Ireland it earned about $1.4 million, becoming the highest-grossing K-pop film ever. It also posted solid results in Italy, Spain, Brazil, France, Peru, Chile and Australia, reaffirming its global strength.
Stray Kids: The Dominate Experience lets viewers feel once again the energy of Stray Kids' Stray Kids World Tour 'dominATE', which ran for 56 shows across 35 territories worldwide from August 2024 to October of the following year. It vividly captures the Los Angeles SoFi Stadium performance and behind-the-scenes stories, where they were the first fourth-generation K-pop group to headline the venue, drawing enthusiastic responses from audiences around the world.
Having written numerous K-pop firsts and records in the global music market with last year's world tour ''dominATE'' and more, Stray Kids will continue their unstoppable momentum in 2026. They will appear as a headliner at The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York on June 6 and at Rock in Rio in Brazil on Sept. 11, cementing their status as a global top artist.
