'Infinite Challenge' legends reunite on MBC's Hangout With Yoo. Yu Jae-seok, Haha and Jung jun-ha were joined by Park Myung Soo, promising an epic reunion that will evoke nostalgia for "those days" in living rooms.
The trailer for next week was revealed at the end of the MBC variety show Hangout With Yoo that aired on the 7th.
The released video showed members of the "comma, club" group — Yu Jae-seok, Haha, Jung jun-ha, Joo Woo-jae and Heo Kyunghwan — having an impromptu meetup.
Yu Jae-seok explained the purpose of the gathering, saying, "We were originally planning to meet a little later, but I urgently contacted you to enjoy the last of winter." He then introduced a mysterious new member, saying, "Today, after a long time, one person new to the club is joining," and the identity turned out to be none other than Park Myung Soo.
Members burst into laughter at Park Myung Soo's striking look when he appeared wearing a permed wig and sunglasses. At the scene, heated reactions such as "terrifying" and "I thought it was a mantis shrimp" poured out, and just from the trailer Park Myung Soo's unique presence was imprinted.
The reason this reunion is even more meaningful is that the four original members who led the heyday of Infinite Challenge are gathering in one place.
Since the show ended in 2018, viewers have consistently longed for Infinite Challenge season two. But Yu Jae-seok has repeatedly asked for understanding, saying, "Please understand that conditions do not allow us to do it again. It's hard to gather the members," and the meeting of the four, excluding Jeong Hyung Don and Ro Hong-chul, is like a gift to fans. In particular, the inclusion of Park Myung Soo and Jung jun-ha, who were famed for their legendary chemistry as "Ha and Su," is already drawing great anticipation.
Although it is not the complete lineup, expectations are rising about what kind of synergy the members who worked together the longest will create within Hangout With Yoo.
