Broadcaster Jonathan shared an update that he took the level 1 Korean history proficiency test.
Jonathan posted on his social media on the 7th a writing containing his impressions after finishing the exam. He said, "I asked a young friend I met coming out of the exam if he did well, and he replied with a really bright expression, 'I think I did well because I studied hard,'" and wrote, "It made me reflect a little, and it was amazing and cute. He will become someone great."
He added, "I take exams every time, but it is so fun and nice," and candidly conveyed, "As a human I am still very inexperienced and have many shortcomings, but I am grateful that in a world overflowing with amazing and wonderful people, there is a mechanism that allows me to be briefly proud and pleased with myself." He added that he thought he should create more of these moments.
Jonathan also posted a verification photo taken in front of the testing center, showing his pride after finishing the exam.
Meanwhile, Jonathan is from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and settled in Korea with his family as refugees, later settling in Gwangju Metropolitan City, where his family home is located. He became famous after appearing in the 2013 KBS Human Theater episode about the Congo prince family and the 2019 MBC Radio Star, and he has been actively working in Korea running a YouTube channel and appearing on broadcasts.<
