Actor Lee Sang-yoon recalled the late Lee Soon-jae's advice as the decisive reason he decided to graduate from Seoul National University.

Lee Sang-yoon, a physics major from Seoul National University, said when asked about his college entrance exam scores, "It was in the 370s out of 400," surprising the cast. Lee Sang-yoon recalled, "I began acting without having graduated," and "It was not easy for me to do academics and acting at the same time. So I decided I would choose the acting I wanted to continue."
What changed his mind was one remark from the late Lee Soon-jae. Lee Sang-yoon said, "When I worked with the senior on a project, he told me, 'The experience of finishing something to the end completely changes your life,'" and "Those words resonated deeply, and I decided to try to graduate after all."
Hearing this, Yang Se-hyung added, "Isn't Lee Soon-jae also a Seoul National University alumnus?" giving it more meaning, and Lee Sang-yoon nodded and expressed deep gratitude.
