Crossover group La Poem's (LA POEM) Busan concert is one day away.
La Poem will hold a solo concert, La Poem Symphony: Alive in Busan (LA POEM SYMPHONY : ALIVE in Busan), at Busan Concert Hall on the 7th and 8th and meet fans.
La Poem's signature branded concert that began in 2022, La Poem Symphony (LA POEM SYMPHONY), offers moving and lingering moments with their crossover sound that spans classical and popular music.
This Busan concert is an encore performance of La Poem Symphony, which received a strong response at the Seoul Sejong Center for the Performing Arts Grand Theater in November last year, and with an upgraded program and a spectacular stage it is expected to win fans' hearts once again.
Busan Concert Hall, where the performance will be held, is Busan's first venue dedicated to classical music, and since its opening has hosted world-class classical masters such as soprano Sumi Jo, conductor Myung-whun Chung, and pianist Seong-Jin Cho. La Poem is the first crossover group to enter Busan Concert Hall and will show an overwhelming presence that resonates even in a venue dedicated to classical music.
In this performance La Poem plans to vividly present on stage their musical journey and identity as a crossover group by showcasing a variety of songs ranging from their debut track 'Dazzling Night' to original songs from their recent album.
In particular, La Poem will for the first time present all the tracks from last month's mini third album Alive (ALIVE) live with an orchestra. From the title track Meant to Be to 'Alive', 'Este amor', 'A long promise', and 'Salira', a total of five majestic numbers will maximize their deep harmony.
On the 31st of last month, La Poem appeared on Spain's representative audition program Got Talent España 2026, becoming the first Korean singers to appear and earning a standing ovation from the entire audience, cementing their presence on the global stage. Their crossover reinterpretation of the legendary pop group Mecano's signature song Hijo de la Luna drew attention after receiving high praise from the local panel of judges, saying it was "like Korea's Il Divo."
The expanded narrative shown through Alive and the energy proven on the global stage will carry into this Busan concert, and are expected to complete an evolved La Poem Symphony. The performance, which combines a new release that carries messages of change and challenge with orchestra live, is expected to be the stage that most clearly shows La Poem's crossover identity.
