Group NOWZ (나ou즈) delivered the sweet excitement of love.
NOWZ (Hyunbin, Yun, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, Siyun) released "HOOKED," a collaboration with Chinese singer Nigel Tay (杰), on various music platforms at 1 a.m. on the 6th (Korea time).
"HOOKED" is a collaborative track between NOWZ and China's largest music platform Wangyi Yun Music (NetEase Cloud Music), specially planned for Valentine's Day. Over a jaunty drum beat, NOWZ's smooth vocals blend to capture the first-love flutter, a song like a love letter.
Nigel Tay, who teamed up with NOWZ, is an R&B singer-songwriter with a solid fan base in China. "HOOKED," which combines NOWZ's vibrant, refreshing energy with Nigel Tay's delicate sensibility, is expected to be a special gift to global fans during the upcoming Valentine's Day season.
NOWZ made a mark last year with powerful sound and charismatic performances. Especially after recording No. 1 on QQ Music's new song chart with "Fly freely (Feat. YUQI)" produced by i-dle's Yuqi, they drew attention in the Chinese-speaking market, and interest is focused on what achievements they will attain with this song.
Along with the release of "HOOKED," NOWZ will continue their global activities by releasing their Japanese debut EP NOWZ on March 4.
