Five-member Namsung band Void (V01D) unveiled a logo motion and began the debut countdown.
The band Void, presented for the first time by IX Entertainment, is composed of Jo Ju-yeon (vocals) and Kevin Park (keyboard+vocals), both from Mnet 'Steel Heart Club', as well as Song Yoo-chan (drums), Jeong Ji-seop (guitar+vocals) and Shin Nosuke (bass).
All members showcased outstanding skills in their respective fields based on physiques over 180cm in height, drawing music industry attention from the formation stage.
IX Entertainment recently strengthened its global music business capabilities by introducing the new global Namsung band Void while housing artists who present diverse genres, including being the original agency of Linlin, a member of the newly formed boy group Modissey revealed on Mnet survival program 'Planet C: Home Race'.
The logo motion video released early on the 6th expresses "the excitement that surpasses an unnamed emotional state" and "the movement of sound that moves toward light, fire, and passion and sensitivity."
As a Namsung band that engraves existence into sound under the name Void, it possesses an immersive presence that instantly captures attention on stage with an imposing visual created by all members standing over 180cm and averaging 183cm, and with playing skills faithful to the essence of a band.
The '01' marked in the team name Void (V01D) means 'the best, No.1' and aims to be a team where music, visuals and performance operate as a single complete narrative beyond a simple band. It also contains the determination to create a dense sound where each individual's personality gathers, like filling an empty space with emotion and energy.
IX Entertainment said, "Void plans to be a band that expands genres and markets with its own color rather than following trends," and asked for interest and support, saying, "Based on emotional conveyance and stage presence that transcend language barriers, the goal is to grow into a band loved worldwide."
Void will formalize debut activities by releasing two title tracks in March.
