Actor-turned-shaman Jeong Ho-geun revealed his close bond with fellow college classmate and broadcaster Noh Yoo-jung on "Exclusive World".
On the 5th broadcast of MBN "Exclusive World," Jeong Ho-geun appeared and shared his recent situation.
The veteran actor Jeong Ho-geun received a naerim gut 12 years ago and transitioned to being a shaman. Noh Yoo-jung, who was his classmate in the Department of Theater and Film at Chung-Ang University, continued to maintain a close relationship with Jeong Ho-geun.
That is only natural, as Noh Yoo-jung previously faced economic hardship due to a divorce and smartphone hacking damage. On the on the 2020 "Exclusive World," her recent situation of doing dishwashing work was reported, evoking sympathy.
She said that Jeong Ho-geun had once helped her. Noh Yoo-jung tearfully confessed, "A few years ago when we met, Jeong Ho-geun gave me an envelope. If I talk about this I really cry."
She choked up and said, "(Jeong Ho-geun) was also going through a hard time. But he gave me an envelope. I asked what it was, and he said it was 'bokdon' (good-luck money). 'It's not because I have a lot of money and am giving it to you. Take this and be strong, I'm giving it so things go well for you,' he said."
Noh Yoo-jung continued, "It wasn't because he gave me money. That one sentence gave me so much strength. From that moment I really gained strength and things went well," expressing deep gratitude to Jeong Ho-geun.
She further recalled Jeong Ho-geun's image in her memory, saying, "What I remember most is college life ?? Jeong Ho-geun. Back then he was the ideal eldest son-in-law. Just and reliable," she reminisced.
