Comedian and singer You Se Yoon, in his 22nd year since debut, once again brought laughter by selling out what was billed as an 'all-time ultra-small' solo concert.
On the 6th, You Se Yoon posted a short message on his social media saying "thank you" along with an image announcing that all seats for the '2026 You Se Yoon solo concert' were sold out.
Although the performance allowed only six people to enter, all tickets were sold the moment they opened, creating the spectacle of a "six-seat sellout."
This concert will be held on the 27th at a coin karaoke in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. There are only six seats in total. Some of them are 'restricted view seats' that make it difficult to see the stage head-on, which drew laughter even before it began. The stage, barely about one pyeong and surrounded by soundproofing walls, added an odd sense of realism to the space, which is smaller than the venue.
Earlier, You Se Yoon had listed what he called the "worst-case scenarios," provoking laughter by naming △ticket sale failure △six men △six extreme introverts △six super extroverts △karaoke closed, among others.
But worries continued even after the sellout. You Se Yoon, saying "anticipating another worst-case scenario," mentioned △people who fail to pay by the concert day △on-the-day noshows prompting on-site solicitation (performance delay) △audience members leaving or sudden disruptive behavior during the performance, adding to the laughs.
The performance notice was also distinctive. For an additional 5,000 won, audience members themselves could sing, and the notice asked for understanding that noise from the neighboring room might be heard during the show. All attendees will be provided with bottled water and snacks.
Netizens have been posting witty responses such as "When is the nationwide tour?" "Looking for scalped tickets," "Please sell soundcheck tickets too," and "If you press the instrumental jump, won't the performance be over?"
