'Red Pearl' released the 'Pearl teaser,' which contains the prologue to Nam Sang-ji's revenge.
The new KBS 2TV daily drama 'Red Pearl' (directed by Kim Seong-geun, written by Kim Seo-jeong), scheduled to premiere on the 23rd, is a meticulous and intense saga of revenge in which two women who return under false identities uncover the hidden sins and truth of the Adel family.
The 'Pearl teaser,' released today (the 5th), contains scenes of the fresh couple Baek Jin-ju (played by Nam Sang-ji) and Park Min-jun (played by Kim Kyung-bo) spending sweet times together, and Choi Yoo-na (played by Cheon Hee-ju) watching them with jealous eyes, foreshadowing a rift between them and keeping viewers on edge.
Then a scene is shown in which Baek Jin-ju screams calling for her father, and she freezes in front of the horrific sight of a car colliding and exploding. This hints at the incident that completely changed her life and heightens the immersion to its peak.
Shortly after, with the line "If you leave like this, you'll really become a dead person," Baek Jin-ju appears wearing sunglasses with a cynical expression. Her transformation, returning under the new identity 'Chloe Lee' after abandoning her past name and life, leaves a strong impression.
Chloe (played by Nam Sang-ji), who returned under a false identity, approaches Park Min-jun and tempts him with "Don't you want to play with me?", drawing attention with a shocking move that contrasts with her innocent past. Park Min-jun is deeply shaken seeing Chloe with the exact same face as the woman he once loved, and the precarious atmosphere between the two raises curiosity about future developments. Following this, another tension is formed as Kim Dan-hee (played by Park Jin Hee) and Chloe's gazes entangle while watching the scene.
In particular, when Jin-ju says, "All I have left is revenge, that's all," and defiantly confronts those who drove her to ruin, anticipation builds for what thrilling retaliation she will unleash in the broadcast.
Meanwhile, the new KBS 2TV daily drama 'Red Pearl' will premiere at 7:50 p.m. on the 23rd as the successor to 'A Graceful Liar.'
