The trio's next inspection site is the home of 'Rebellious Genius' chef Lee Chan-yang, who works at a restaurant in Cheongdam-dong. Chef Lee Chan-yang works in Gangnam but attracts attention for saying he has lived in Yongsan-gu for six years because he values everyday sensibility. He surprises everyone by revealing a reversal of daily life that is 180 degrees different from his professional demeanor at work. The refrigerator is full of ingredients long past their expiration dates, and the freezer is so thickly layered with frost that it is not even easy to take ingredients out. Watching this, Yoon Nam-no explained, "Chefs are only sensitive to the restaurant fridge and different at home," drawing empathy, and the chefs' realistic reversed charm from strictly separating work and daily life adds humor.
Also, Chef Lee Chan-yang's special ramen recipe is revealed. He says he hardly cooks anything at home besides ramen, joking that "the gas bill comes out to about 100 won," which drew laughter. Instead, he demonstrated his own ramen recipe that he boils at the restaurant, and Yoon Nam-no and Park Eun-young judge while wearing blindfolds.
