'Spring Fever' Cho Junyoung (SM Entertainment) captivated home audiences with a three-stage acting variation.
Cho Junyoung appears in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Spring Fever' (written by Kim A-jung, directed by Park Won-guk, planned by CJ ENM STUDIOS, produced by Bon Factory) in the role of Seon Han-gyeol, a flawlessly gifted prodigy in every way, and leads the story proactively while adding variety to the drama with outstanding character interpretation.
In this week's episode, Seon Han-gyeol learns that his mother Seon Hee-yeon (Son Yeo-eun) is alive, and scenes were depicted in which he first shouts at his uncle Seon Jae-gyu (Ahn Bo-hyun) and then meets Seon Hee-yeon and, saying "Even if I ranked first because of a sense of inadequacy from not having a mother, I was not happy," pours out the weight of the accumulated lack, showing emotions hidden by family history and making viewers' hearts ache.
Then Seon Han-gyeol, though hurt to learn Seon Hee-yeon's true motive was money, realizes the heart of Choi Se-jin (Lee Jaein), who came to the Han River to find him, confesses sincerely that he likes her, and the two continue a sweet first date, raising the excitement level considerably.
Also, when Seon Han-gyeol unexpectedly meets Choi Se-jin's parents, he explains Choi Se-jin's efforts on her behalf to adults who only demand grades, revealing strengthened trust and further solidifying the relationship between the two, drawing attention.
In the process, Cho Junyoung has been noted for delivering excellent immersion by neatly controlling the tempo to express the character's rapidly changing emotions from anger to confusion to excitement, and by driving the character's narrative with focus.
Meanwhile, with only two episodes left until the finale, 'Spring Fever' is a work that depicts a spring romance that will melt the frozen heart of teacher Yoon Bom (Lee Joo-been), who is chilled to the bone, and the man Seon Jae-gyu, who has a burning heart, and it airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. on tvN.
