"Save me! Homes"'s Team Deok's 'Mr. View! View over the lake~' won the clients' family's choice and prevailed.
According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company, the MBC entertainment program "Save me! Homes" that aired the previous day recorded a 6.2% viewership rating (metropolitan area). The 20-49 rating was 2.8%, ranking first among variety shows in the same time slot, and the highest minute-by-minute rating rose to 7.7%.
On the episode a three-person family who decided to move to Incheon appeared as the clients. The clients were a husband and wife and their son who had lived their whole lives in Jecheon, Chungbuk. However, the husband was suddenly reassigned and lived alone in the company dormitory in Incheon, and the son also stayed in Incheon for university. The wife decided for the first time in her life to leave her hometown and move to Incheon, and she hoped for an APT. with an open view located within a 40-minute drive to her husband's workplace.
On Team Bok, Mo Tae-beom and Jang Dong-min, who had transformed into commentators, were deployed. The first listing was 'Cheongna ten-million view house' in Cheongna-dong, Seo District, Incheon. It was an officetel within a large apartment complex boasting the best infrastructure with Cheongna Canalway and Simgokcheon within walking distance. The entire place had been remodeled just one day earlier, and the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows were filled with light. In particular, it offered the best view overlooking Simgokcheon, Incheon North Port and Incheon Bay.

On Team Deok, Apink's Jeong Eun-ji and Oh Ha-young and Boom were deployed. The first listing was 'Sleeve cypress front building' in Majeon-dong, Seo District, Incheon. It was located three minutes on foot from Majeon Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 and was a top-floor duplex APT. The place had been fully remodeled in 2011 to the owner's taste, and the interior was decorated in a hanok style that caught the eye. The master bedroom featured a large dressing room and an extra-large bathroom, and climbing the cypress staircase led to a highly usable loft.
The second listing was 'Mr. View! View over the lake~' in Cheongna-dong, Seo District, Incheon. It was a workplace-proximate APT. located an eight-minute drive from the husband's workplace, and Cheongna Lake Park was one minute on foot away. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the bright, spacious living room, the lake park could be seen unobstructed. The wide 'L'-shaped kitchen boasted convenience with ample upper and lower cabinets.
Team Bok selected 'Cheongna ten-million view house' as their final listing, and Team Deok selected 'Mr. View! View over the lake~' as their final listing. The client family chose Team Deok's 'Mr. View! View over the lake~,' saying they liked the close distance to the husband's workplace, the expansive view and the excellent infrastructure. With this victory, Team Deok recorded 51 wins.
Meanwhile, "Save me! Homes" will be preempted for two weeks on the 13th and 20th due to coverage of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It airs every Sunday at 10:50 p.m.
