The film depicts how a couple about to marry is put to the test by an unexpected event, shaking what should be a happy wedding week to its core. Zendaya plays Emma Howd, a bookstore employee from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Pattinson plays Charlie Thompson, a museum director from London.
The teaser posters released together are also striking. In one, Zendaya wears an anxious expression; in another, Pattinson appears with a bloody shirt and a nosebleed, instantly reversing the mood.
