Jung Ji-soo and Han Jeong-wan are making their mark as actors with 'maxed-out potential'.
The short-form drama "Possibility Zero Romance," which was pre-released on Watcha and ShortCha on the 29th of last month, depicts the perilous love triangle of Han Seung-yoon (played by Kim Dong-hyun), who falsely comes out to attract the attention of Seol Ji-hee (played by Jung Ji-soo), and Yoon Chan-young (played by Seo Ji-hoo), who is reluctantly drawn into a fake relationship.
In particular, rising actors Jung Ji-soo and Han Jeong-wan, who have steadily built recognition across various fields including drama, film and advertising, play the roles of Seol Ji-hee and Seol Ji-hoon respectively in "Possibility Zero Romance," enriching the piece with immersive performances.
In the drama, Jung Ji-soo plays the role of Seol Ji-hee. Seol Ji-hee is a "campus queen" whose distinctive visuals and presence attract attention wherever she goes on campus. Although she has received countless confessions, Ji-hee, who rarely opens her heart, gradually changes as she encounters unpredictable thrills. Jung Ji-soo delicately expresses the character's subtle emotional shifts, raising the drama's immersion and capturing viewers' attention.
Han Jeong-wan gave a passionate performance as Ji-hee's biological brother Seol Ji-hoon. Seol Ji-hoon is a dependable figure who offers realistic advice amid the complicated ties between Ji-hee, Seung-yoon and Chan-young, and he adds vitality to the drama with a realistically bickering sibling chemistry with Ji-hee, showcasing a savory ability to portray his character.
So far, Jung Ji-soo has been active across a wide range of genres from high teen to horror and mystery, appearing in TVing's "Pyramid Game," U+ mobile tv's "First Love" and the film "Homecam," and has been noted as a promising figure who even receives advertising offers. In addition, Han Jeong-wan made his screen debut last year in the film "God's Band," surpassing a cumulative audience of 930,000 viewers (Korean Film Council (KOFIC) integrated computer network as of Feb. 2) and has made his mark as a next-generation Chungmuro hopeful.
Through "Possibility Zero Romance," which showed a step forward in their development, expectations are growing about what works and characters Jung Ji-soo and Han Jeong-wan will meet the public with in 2026.
Meanwhile, "Possibility Zero Romance," starring Jung Ji-soo and Han Jeong-wan, is scheduled to be released on various global platforms including KITS, Heavenly and DramaBox on the 6th (Fri).
